Hi, I’m Maz—a calm, trauma-aware support coach who understands the heavy seasons of grief and worry.

I have walked through my own seasons of deep worry and grief—from the unique pain of loving someone through addiction to the long stretches of caregiving that can feel so isolating. Having hit the edge of burnout myself, these lived experiences have softened my heart and shaped the calm, steady empathy I bring to every client I support.

In my care, you’ll find a warm and grounded space to land exactly as you are. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels safe for your heart, helping you find your ground again while honoring your journey with restoration and compassion.

A Gentle Space You Can Trust

If you’re here, you’re likely carrying more than most people can see.

Loving someone through addiction…

or navigating the weight of grief…
can feel isolating, overwhelming, and deeply exhausting.

I want you to know — you are not alone in this.

While I am in the early stages of working with clients, what I bring is not just training…
but lived experience, deep compassion, and a space where you can simply breathe.

When you step into this space, you will be met with:

• Gentle, non-judgmental support
• Guidance that honours both your love and your boundaries
• A place where your feelings are safe and valid
• Support to help you feel more grounded, clear, and steady

This work is not about fixing you.
It’s about supporting you — softly, honestly, and at your pace.

Why this work matters to me

This isn’t just something I learned…
it’s something I have lived.

After years of supporting my own son through addiction,
and the heartbreak of losing him,
I understand this journey in a way that goes beyond theory.

This space has been created from love, loss, and a deep desire
to support others who are walking a similar path.

Client reflections will be shared here as this space grows.

Finding Your Ground

When everything feels overwhelming, this is where steadiness begins.

Best if you’re feeling constantly on edge or overwhelmed.

The Eight Paths: A Gentle Map for Healing

Walking alongside a loved one with addiction requires a support system that understands your specific needs. Maz has structured her coaching into eight distinct programs, carefully divided into three stages of restoration. These paths are designed to help you find fixed ground, establish healthy boundaries, and weave long-term resilience into your daily life.
